The Water’s Edge is an AA rosette award-winning restaurant with panoramic views across Falmouth’s harbour. We serve hearty Cornish breakfasts, elegant afternoon tea and an array of unforgettable dishes inspired by the beautiful Cornish coast. Led by our Restaurant Managers Gilly and Nat, the Water’s Edge team go above and beyond to ensure everyone dining receives a top quality service.

Restaurant staff – evening

Do you have a passion for food and drink and want to further your career in one of the most prestigious Cornish hotels?

At The Greenbank we are currently recruiting restaurant evening staff to join our restaurant team.

In this role, you will be working alongside our enthusiastic team of waiters and bartenders, along with our experienced supervisors and management, serving in our Water’s Edge restaurant during dinner service, as well as during weddings and events in The Riverbank.

This role does not include taking orders, as a senior team member is responsible for this.

This role is flexible – it can be either part time (weekdays or weekends) or full time, so please get in touch if you are looking for either option.

You will need to be presentable, flexible and have the right attitude, as well as a great work ethic. Training is provided.

Restaurant staff – breakfast

At The Greenbank we are currently recruiting restaurant breakfast staff to join our restaurant team.

In this role, you will be working alongside our enthusiastic team of waiters and bartenders, along with our experienced supervisors and management team, serving in our Water’s Edge restaurant during breakfast.

This role does not include taking orders, as a senior team member is responsible for this. You will be clearing, relaying, and serving food and drinks.

This role is flexible – it is 7am until 12pm, up to five shifts per week, on either weekdays or weekends. Please get in touch if you are looking for either option.
