Yes, you can request for a newspaper to be delivered to your room when checking in at reception, or through contacting our reception team prior to your arrival. Newspapers are delivered from 7:45am until 8am.

The Greenbank is partially accessible for wheelchair users. Please note, we do not have fully accessible rooms due to the nature of our historic building and its limitations. All our hotel rooms are located on the first floor or above. We have two lifts – one is located by our reception and the second can be accessed via a number of stairs towards the rear of the hotel. For the Water’s Edge restaurant, bar and lounge, we ask guests to follow our smart casual dress code. Shoes must be worn at all times.
Lunch: Monday to Saturday 12pm-2.30pm, and Sunday 12.30pm-2.45pm
Afternoon Tea: Monday to Saturday 12pm-5pm, and Sunday 3.30pm-5pm
Dinner: From 6.30pm
We also serve a selection of sandwiches and snacks from 12pm-6pm, Monday to Saturday.
Dogs are not allowed in the Water’s Edge restaurant. However, dogs are welcome in the Water’s Edge bar and lounge for breakfast, and dogs are allowed in the exterior terrace, Captain’s Table, and in The Working Boat pubat all times.

The pub is located on the quay beneath The Greenbank Hotel. You can access it either from inside the hotel or through the main entrance outside by the quay.

The sauna is located in The Greenbank Gardens, just a few steps from the hotel. It sits by the harbour wall and close to the steps down to the sea.
