Sea Shanty Festival 2019: The Round-Up

From 14th – 16th June, we welcomed the town to join us as at The Working Boat pub for the Falmouth Sea Shanty Festival 2019. We were taken aback at how many of you came down to celebrate the songs of the sea. It was without a doubt our busiest year yet and we hope you had as much fun as us!
the highlights
16 sea shanty groups performed over the three days, and with big names like the Fisherman’s Friends, Cadgwith Singers and Femmes de la Mer, it proved to be a popular line-up. The beers were flowing and our event menu was in full swing as the sunshine made an appearance just in time for the weekend. Tasty homemade pizzas were made to order, hot out of our new pizza ovens and fresh Buddha bowl salads were enjoyed in the sun. It was a delight to see our private quay filled with laughter and song.
