Many have triumphed their Dry January and avoided all the cocktail bars in Cornwall, whilst others have been waiting for the first of February to roll its way into our lives. Short and sweet just like this romantic month itself, here we have our latest collection of weekly cocktails…
Caipirinha Caliente: 3rd – 7th February
Based on a Caipirinha, this citrus cocktail has a twist and is created by our Bar Supervisor Luciana. Inspired by her hometown’s traditional south American flavours, this short tipple offers a punchy taste.
My Smoking Valentine: 10th – 14th February
Created by Bar Manager Holly, this delicious cocktail will have you falling in love all over again! With gin, vermouth and rhubarb liqueur offering a strong kick, in contrast, the added flavours of peach, lemon and rosemary provide a sweet mellowness that will have you coming back for more.
Appelkaka: 17th – 21st February
The long sweet caramel notes of this Appelkaka cocktail is created by Alice, a member of our bar team. Inspired by her heritage, this cocktail is a take on the popular Swedish apple dessert. With a caramelised apple garnish to finish, it’s perfect for those with a sweet tooth!
Passion-ista : 24th – 28th February
Lastly, our bartender Zoe has created her own passion fruit version of a traditional sour with a twist. Cardamom and passion fruit blends together, providing a punchy combination and includes vodka, vanilla and lemon for the ultimate fragrant fruity tipple. Certainly a new favourite of ours.
