Discover the wonders of the ocean
Discover the wonders of the ocean with a trip to Falmouth’s National Maritime Museum. Your little ones will love exploring their new exhibition ‘Pirates: Explore beneath the surface’, where they can explore how popular culture has shaped how we think of pirates today and dive beneath the surface to unearth the harsh and terrifying truth. They’ll be sure to chat about nothing other than this exciting and interactive exhibition all the way home.
Spend a day at the seaside
When the forecast is predicting nothing but blue skies and sunshine, a trip to the beach is a must. Whether you choose to head to Gylly, Swanpool or Castle beach, there’s lots of things going on to entertain your little ones for an exciting day by Falmouth’s coastline.
At Gylly you can expect to enjoy hours of watersports fun with Gylly Adventures, with activities like paddle boarding, coasteering and much more. If taking it slow is more your thing though, rockpooling at Swanpool and Castle beach is the way to go. These spots also offer up some delicious ice cream treats.
