1st March: Pre-Oscars Party Murder Mystery Evening

Where: The Alverton, Truro

Elegance meets intrigue at The Alverton’s Pre-Oscars Party Murder Mystery in the Great Hall. Dress in your finest, and become a detective for the night, solving a thrilling murder case with Hollywood flair.

Tickets include an arrival glass of fizz, a three course meal and the entertainment.

2nd – 5th March: St. Piran’s Day Celebrations

Where: Across Cornwall

There are no shortage of ways to celebrate St Piran’s this year, with many Cornish towns doing their own festivities.

On Saturday 2nd March, Truro will host a day of St Piran’s inspired celebrations including a farmer’s market, a tense pasty competition and a dance workshop. On Monday 4th March, Falmouth will host a unique parade through the town centre.

14th March: Biofluorescent Night Walks

Where: Trebah Gardens, Falmouth

Discover the enchanting world of bioluminescence at this unique event. Set against the backdrop of this lush, sprawling garden in Cornwall, attendees are invited to embark on a magical journey through nature like never before.

As the sun sets and darkness descends, Trebah Garden comes alive with an otherworldly glow.

10th March: Mother’s Day Lunch and Afternoon tea

Where: The Water’s Edge, Falmouth

Join us on Sunday 10th March to take in our breath-taking harbour views as you indulge in a very special Mother’s Day at The Greenbank.

Indulge in a decadent three course lunch menu in The Water’s Edge, including a glass of fizz for mums. Or savour our specially curated afternoon tea menu, feautring three tiers of delights.

17th March: Run Falmouth

Where: Around Falmouth

Lace up your running shoes and hit the scenic streets of Falmouth at this year’s much-anticipated Run Falmouth event.

Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or a casual jogger, Run Falmouth caters to all fitness levels with its variety of race options.

17th March: Chippy by Henry Drake

Where: The Poly, Falmouth

Immerse yourself in the uproarious world of “Chippy” at The Poly, a theatrical gem not to be missed.

Written by Henry Darke, this darkly comedic play about a Cornish fish and chip shop unfolds against the backdrop of a local fishing village, blending humor with poignant observations on contemporary life.

22nd March: Cornish Tales

Where: Mount Pleasant Eco Park, Truro

With your little ones in tow, embark on a captivating journey through “Cornish Tales” with Cornwall Youth Theatre at the enchanting Mount Pleasant Eco Park.

This unique event promises an evening of spellbinding performances, where a local youth theatre group bring to life the rich tapestry of Cornish folklore and legends.

23rd – 24th March: Falmouth Spring Flower Show

Where: Princess Pavilion, Falmouth

Step into a floral wonderland at this year’s Spring Flower Show at Princess Pavilion.

Visitors can expect to enjoy up to 100 different classes throughout the weekend, including daffodil categories, children’s classes, camellias, rhododendrons and magnolias – and there’s no fee for taking part.

27th March: Bobby’s Taste of Cornwall

Where: right on our doorstep

Head to The Greenbank, for a dining experience with our Head Chef Bobby Southworth.

Bobby will be showcasing his culinary talents in a mouth-watering six-course feast. Each dish is inspired by the traditions found in Cornish cuisine, with an inventive Greenbank twist.
