7th August 2026: Pink Wig Pre-Party and Parade
After the success of last year’s event, Falmouth’s much-loved Pink Wig Parade will be sailing ahead once again for 2026.

Kicking off Falmouth Week in spectacular style, the Pink Wig Parade will transform the streets of Falmouth into a sea of pink.
On Friday 7th August 2026, join us for an evening of fun, friendship and fundraising. We’re hosting our annual Pink Wig pre-party in our waterfront marquee, before the always fabulous Pink Wig festivities.
Setting sail from The Greenbank, The Pink Wig Parade will raise awareness and vital funds for a dedicated breast cancer charity. We will be donating a percentage of drinks sales from the day. So whether you’re sipping something sparkling at the Water’s Edge bar or joining the joyful parade, your support will help make waves where they matter most.
A Legacy of Giving
What started as a night out in 2009 in support of Pink Wig Founder Sally’s cancer treatment, has grown into a Falmouth Week tradition, loved by locals and tourists alike. From humble beginnings, it has gone on to raise over £220,000 for a selection of breast cancer charities and is now run by the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity.
Through hosting our annual Pink Wig pre-party, we contributed £2,031 in 2023, £1,142 in 2024, and £1,324 in 2025.
