The Falmouth’s 12-metre indoor pool invites all to swim and float in holiday bliss. From leisurely laps around the edge to ease a tense mind, to playful splashes with your little one, arm bands in tow – all are welcome to wade in. For the non-swimmers, why not take let your worries melt away in the sauna?

A bite to eat

All that fun in the pool is sure to work up an appetite. Dry off and take a seat with a dazzling ocean view in the Castle View restaurant or bar area, and let us treat you to 10% off the menu. Simply book your table in advance. Enjoy a light bite and a pint or something a little more indulgent. When you’re replete, make your way back to The Greenbank, discovering a little more of Falmouth as you go.

For full access to our seaside sister’s indoor pool and sauna, as well as 10% off any food and drinks there, you need only present your Greenbank room key card at reception, and The Falmouth’s fantastic team will take care of the rest.

Please note The Falmouth pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, and adult supervision is mandatory at all times.

For children aged 4 and under, one adult (18 or older) is required for each child.
For children aged 5 to 17, one adult (18 or older) is required for every two children.

A few steps from the hotel sits an Escape to the Sauna cabin, which elevates any stay at the hotel. Deliberately parked near steps into the harbour, it enables guests to indulge in a Finnish‑style sauna experience where intense heat is paired with bursts of cold‑water immersion.

The most marvellous service from ALL the staff. From the minute you left your room you were met with a cheery greeting. There was absolutely nothing lacking and I thoroughly enjoyed my four day stay. The whole stay was indeed magical. We arrived tired and a bit wrung out but quickly relaxed into the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your staff are marvellous – truly. We enjoyed everything – the little presents, the Champagne, the pantomime, lovely deep sleeps at night and the freedom to join in or just sit quietly reading and gazing out to sea. Going back to the restaurant, the aspect which mattered most to us was the brilliance of all your staff. They really tried and succeeded in delighting these customers. Thank you.
