Looking for a unique sauna experience in Falmouth? Nestled right on the water’s edge, our harbourside sauna offers a peaceful escape in the heart of Cornwall. Whether you’re warming up after a coastal walk or simply seeking sanctuary from the crisp sea air, our sauna in Falmouth is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

You can share the warmth in communal sessions for up to seven guests, or reserve the space just for you, with private hire for up to ten people. However you choose to unwind, the views across Falmouth harbour make every session unforgettable.

Yes. Guests staying at The Greenbank receive an exclusive 20% discount code in their pre‑arrival welcome email.

Please bring one towel to sit on and another to dry off or change under. We also recommend bringing plenty of water to stay hydrated, along with appropriate swimwear for your sauna session.

If you have an existing health condition or any concerns about sauna use, we recommend seeking medical advice beforehand. Do not use the sauna if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are experiencing dizziness or fainting symptoms.

A few steps from the hotel sits an Escape to the Sauna cabin, which elevates any stay at the hotel. Deliberately parked near steps into the harbour, it enables guests to indulge in a Finnish‑style sauna experience where intense heat is paired with bursts of cold‑water immersion.
