With over 25 years of experience, founders Nicola Le Couteur Bisson and Denise Whitehair now aid couples proclaim their commitment across Cornwall in unique, independent and bespoke ceremonies under the umbrella company of The Guild of Cornish Celebrants.

Following an intimate legal ceremony at a registry office or town hall, the choice of where you celebrate your vows is completely limitless: hotel, beaches, woodland, moorland, coastal cave…wherever you want to commemorate tying the knot is entirely achievable.

Readings of religious, non-religious and contemporary texts are completely optional, tailored for your wishes and beliefs. Rituals such as handfasting, unity candles and choices not catered for by mainstream establishments are absolutely embraced by Cornish Celebrants.

With this in mind, the entirety of the Greenbank is a picture perfect wedding celebration venue, and with Cornish Celebrants you can choose from any of our spaces, inside or out, for your individual exultation.

Any of our suites, the Sundeck and Harbourside Restaurant awaits those wanting a in-house ceremony, and the terrace and Quarterdeck make for quiet, quintessentially Cornish locations.

To really push the boat out, the Greenbank’s private beach and quay can act as a base for a wedding celebration afloat the Fal Estuary, and what could be ‘moor’ romantic than that?
