Our favourite maritime music festival is returning this June! We are excited to announce that The Greenbank are once again the official sponsors for Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival. At our last event we welcomed crowds of shanty fans to our private quay to sing-along to the sounds of the sea in the sunshine. The Sea Shanty Festival welcomes over 65 international groups performing across 25 different venues in Falmouth, from intimate pub settings to open-air stages.

WHAT TO EXPECT THIS YEAR
Beginning on June 13th, the whole town will be celebrating Falmouth’s maritime heritage and history all weekend. Expect music, food and lots of Cornish tipples! The Working Boat horsebox will be open for business, and you can expect pints and dirty fries on the quay. This year, we’re excited to welcome big names including The Oggymen, Bryher’s Boys and Pirates of St Piran, amongst a line-up of 17 other performers that you won’t want to miss.
Also, we are pleased to announce that our sister hotel, The Falmouth, is a brand-new addition for the 2025 festival! The Falmouth main stage will be located on their front lawn, overlooking Castle Beach.
Keep an eye out for this year’s line up at The Greenbank, which we’ll be announcing in due course. We’re just a stone’s throw away from the high street, the perfect location to wander between town and Falmouth’s harbour.
