Champagne Snowball

Creamy and rich with a bright citrus tang. The dry sherry adds a subtle nuttiness and complexity, while the Champagne brings light fizz and freshness. Overall, a festive, smooth, and lightly sharp sip.

You’ll need:
– 60ml Advocaat
– 15ml lime cordial
– 30ml Fino sherry
– 60ml Champagne

How to make:
– Add Advocaat, lime cordial and Fino sherry to a shaker with ice.
– Shake well until chilled.
– Strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
– Top with Champagne.
– Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Rudolph’s Revenge

A fruity and spicy Christmas punch. Tart cranberry and zesty lime keep it refreshing while the ginger syrup warms things up. The rum adds a tropical and slightly caramel note. Sweet-tart with a ginger kick.

You’ll need:
– 50ml Dead Man’s Fingers rum
– 75ml cranberry juice
– 20ml lime juice
– 25ml ginger syrup

How to make:
– Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
– Shake briskly.
– Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
– Garnish with a maraschino cherry and two sprigs of rosemary.

The Grinch

Sweet, mint-chocolate goodness — like a liquid After Eight or mint chocolate truffle. Creamy, dessert-like, and indulgent with a smooth finish.

You’ll need:
– 35ml crème de menthe
– 35ml white crème de cacao
– 25ml double cream

How to make:
– Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
– Shake hard to get the cream frothy.
– Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
– Garnish with a little fresh mint
