Summer cocktail recipe: Greenbank Pimm’s
The ultimate sundowner, this summer favourite includes gin and vermouth, with plenty of fruit and fresh mint. A cut above the norm.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 parts (50ml) gin – we use Bombay Sapphire for a crisp and citrus bite
- 1 part (25ml) Martini Rosso
- Lemonade
- Fruit – try strawberries, orange and lemon slices, and a lime wedge
- Fresh mint
METHOD
This recipe couldn’t be easier. Simply pile a tall glass with crushed ice and fresh fruit of your choice. Generously pour in the gin and Martini Rosso. Top with lemonade, the garnish with a sprig or two of fresh mint. Stir gently, sit back, and sip.
TASTING NOTES
Bartender Nina says: “This is a firm fruity favourite at The Greenbank. The potent recipe tastes just like Pimm’s (if a little stronger)! Refreshing, punchy and spicy – the perfect summer concoction.”
