Spring cocktails at The Greenbank

We’re readying ourselves at The Greenbank for the joys of spring, and in our case it’s a brand new opportunity for some delectable, seasonal cocktail surprises!

Here are five of our long glasses that have gotten our bar staff excited about shaking and serving in the new season:

Raspberry Daiquiri: This rum based delight will have you running to the bar, the frozen raspberries with lime and a touch of sugar provides a real tart treat.

Greenbank Pimms: Bombay Sapphire, Martini Rosso, lemonade and a generous helping of fruit and mint make for a fresh start to the season.

Tuaca Crumble: Vanilla and citrus liquer bases this Greenbank favourite. Otherwise known as ‘apple crumble in a glass’, it’s a delightful springtime flavour with wintry roots.

Bramble: Make the most of springtime harvests with a Bramble; a classic with Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice and blackberries –  a delicious ‘sharp and sweet’ combination.

Mojito-tini: An exclusive concoction from our Bar Manager: golden rum, mint, lime and sugar. Strained into a sugar-rimmed glass this order brings out the Carrie Bradshaw in everyone.
