Our recent 5* Food Hygiene rating!

WELL DONE TO OUR KITCHEN CREW FOR OUR RECENT 5* FOOD HYGIENE REVIEW!

The Greenbank team are delighted to have recently been scored a 5 out of 5 Food Hygiene rating by Cornwall Council.

The rating is according to the Food Standards Agency codes of practice and demonstrates how seriously we take our food hygiene standards – both in our Water’s Edge bar and restaurant and quayside pub The Working Boat.

The food hygiene and safety procedures (this includes food handling practice and temperature control) of The Greenbank Hotel is ranked very high, as is the structure (cleanliness, ventilation, layout, facilities etc.)

The judgement on confidence in management (such as willingness to act on advice, enforcement of practices, and attitude towards hygiene and safety) was also ranked very high during last month’s visit.

Well done again to the kitchen team for all of your continued hard and honest work.
