The water’s edge dinner menu
Created by our expert Head Chef Bobby Southworth, expect winter-warming soups, sizzling scallops and autumnal root vegetables to start. Follow that with our seafood specials, Bobby’s signature duck dish and lots of other satisfying spiced flavours and aromas. Finally, cleanse the palate with our chef’s steamed lemon brown butter pudding or treat yourself to a decadent millionaire tart complete with sea salt caramel, chocolate soil and a scoop of passionfruit sorbet – delicious! With our Head Chef’s dishes being described as flavourful, passionate and surprising, you won’t want to miss trying this new menu.
