New! January featured *weekly* cocktails

If you’ve spent many an hour lingering in our bar, you’ll no doubt recognise bartender Nina. And thanks to her recent cocktail training course which saw her swotting up in Amsterdam for a month, she’ll now be spreading the cocktail love a little more at The Greenbank. You’ve heard it here first – from January onwards, she’ll be creating weekly featured cocktails!

And up her sleeve this month, we have…

MOSCOW MULE (FROM 13TH – 20TH JANUARY)

Featuring vodka, fresh lime juice and a generous glug of ginger beer, this feisty fireball is the ultimate way to kick-start the New Year and to wash Dry January right out of your hair.

TEQUILA SUNRISE (FROM 20TH – 27TH JANUARY)

True to its name, Tequila is poured into a highball glass alongside orange juice, and grenadine, for a beautifully colourful, deliciously fruity tipple. The key to the sunrise is to refrain from giving it a stir.

WHITE LADY (27TH JANUARY – 3RD FEBRUARY)

All hail Ginuary! Perfectly balanced with a zesty finish and delicate botanical notes, who knew four simple ingredients could taste so good? We’re mixing gin, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup into a martini glass for the ultimate sophistication.
