Cocktail lovers are in for a treat this month, as we have a whopping six tipples for you to sink your teeth into. From Italy to Brazil, Philadelphia to Falmouth – here’s our well-travelled cocktail hit list for June…

Elderflower Bellini (2^nd – 9^th June)

The new kid on the block. We blend Tanquerary gin, elderflower, lemon, lime and Prosecco for the ultimate summer tipple. Our own version of the classic is truly a feast from the senses.

Bay Breeze (2^nd – 9^th June)

A taste of the tropics. Vodka is expertly mixed with pineapple juice, cranberry juice, ice and a wedge of lime for a fruity, potent punch. Another newbie to our cocktail repertoire.

Ruby’s Pearl (9^th – 16^th June)

The perfect way to end a meal, or an even tastier way to start a night of indulgence. Ruby’s Pearl in a fusion of rhubarb liqueur, cherry brandy and Prosecco – served in a Martini glass with a cocktail cherry.

Caipirinha (9^th – 23^rd June)

Make way for the Caipirinha, Brazil’s national cocktail. A refreshing number that will ease you into the summer spirit. Time to let off some steam and sip this exotic mix of lime, sugar syrup and cachaça!

Caipiroska (16^th – 23^rd June)

Daiquiris down, Mojitos aside, Cosmopolitans cast away…this cool and uplifting blend of lime, sugar syrup and vodka makes for a zingy hit and delicious take on Brazil’s cherished Caipirinha.

Clover Club (23^rd – 30^th June)

This pre-Prohibition classic is named for the Philadelphia men’s club of the same name. Rich in history and big on taste, this is one secret we just couldn’t keep. A mix of gin, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and for a final flourish, egg whites.
