Hibiscus Bellini (week one)

Almost acceptable at breakfast, the Bellini is a classic for a reason. Blending vodka, prosecco, lemon juice and our hibiscus syrup infused in-house, this sweet snappy saviour is the perfect way to kick-start the New Year.

Macaroon (week two)

Our potent combo of Brugal white rum, cherry brandy, macaroon syrup and rhubarb bitters is intense, intoxicating and downright delicious.

Tropical Cooler (week three)

Yes, it may be winter in Cornwall but kick back and think of the tropics whilst sipping this cooling brew. Featuring white and dark rum, triple sec, passion fruit syrup, fresh juice and a squeeze of lime, we’ll forgive you for ordering another (and another).

Chocoholics (week four)

Forget your diet for the week that this irresistible cocktail is in town. Four equally delectable ingredients – Curio cocoa nibs vodka, Aztec chocolate bitters, white chocolate liqueur and dark chocolate liqueur – create a chocoholic dream.

Every Friday from 5pm until close, snap up two cocktails for £10, including the featured cocktails above during their allocated weeks.
