Free workshops with Cornwall Fishing Adventures

Experience a taste of sea fishing from the beautiful Falmouth coastline…

As part of the fabulous Fal River Festival this year, we’ll be hosting free drop-in fishing workshops on The Greenbank quay, in collaboration with the lovely folk at Cornwall Fishing Adventures.

Saturday 27th May: 2pm – 5pm

Saturday 3rd June: 9am – 12pm

Families are welcome to join our free fishing taster sessions aimed at those people who wish to dip their toes into the wonderful world of sea angling, direct from our quay (a super fishing mark!)

As well as trying your hand at shore fishing, you will be able to get an insight into the different baits, rigs and tactics that are used in this popular sport. There will also be a ‘taster of the river’, where you will get a chance to taste some fresh local fish cooked by the water.
