‘Feeling Blue’: Our Johnnie Walker Cocktail
Post-Christmas blues? Us too. But do not fear – we have a trusty tipple to lift your mood. ‘Feeling Blue’ is featured on our festive cocktail menu, which will (as all good things do) soon be coming to an end. So here’s how to whip it up at home…
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Johnnie Walker Blue
- 25ml rhubarb liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 3 drops of Ms Better’s Miraculous Foamer Bitters
METHOD
This recipe couldn’t be easier. Simply pile your favourite old fashioned glass with cubed ice. Snatch your cocktail shaker and generously pour in the spirits, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters. Dry shake without ice to create a lively foam. Pour into your iced glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Sit back, relax and sip.
TASTING NOTES

Johnnie Walker Blue Label is an unrivalled and exquisite combination of Scotland’s rarest whiskies, making it the perfect choice for this cocktail.
