February featured cocktails in the bar

We are welcoming February with open arms, whilst waving goodbye to Dry January. This month is filled with romance, indulgence and tempting tipples!

JOHN COLLINS (3RD – 10TH FEBRUARY)

To keep things fresh, just like the weather. Our expert cocktail maker Nina suggests J&B scotch brilliantly balanced with zingy lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda. We don’t know who John Collins is but boy, don’t we love him!

WOO WOO! (10TH – 17TH FEBRUARY)

Just like the name suggests, this cocktail will sweep you off your feet. During the most romantic weekend of the year, we recommend heading to the Water’s Edge bar on the Friday night to enjoy our infamous two for £10 offer. Nina describes the ‘Woo Woo’ as the cocktail of romance – lovingly blending vodka, cranberry juice and Archers to create a sweet pink tonic you’ll fall head over heels for.

HORSE’S NECK (17TH – 24TH FEBRUARY)

Featuring Angostura bitters and J&B scotch mixed with a generous glug of ginger ale, this fiesty number will be sure to put some passion in your February and will soon heat things up. Saddle up and share a cocktail or two in the bar.

LYNCHBURG LEMONADE (24TH FEBRUARY – 3RD MARCH)

Nina is more than just an experienced bartender and creator of cocktails – she’s also putting her matchmaking skills to the test. We’ve certainly fallen in love with this skilfully balanced mixture of Jack Daniel’s, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and lashings of lemonade. Divine!
