Falmouth Gin Festival 2019: The Round-Up

On the 13th July, we hosted the second Falmouth Gin Festival at The Greenbank Hotel. Where do we be-GIN?! From midday until 11pm, the hotel transformed into a gin-lover’s paradise. 15 gin suppliers from Cornwall and further afield showcased their tipples, local musicians performed live music, lots of gins were sampled, festival-goers took to the dancefloor and gin demos were enjoyed by all throughout the hotel.

Gin and tonics in weird and wonderful flavours were available to sample, buy and enjoy. On our Sundeck, everyone relaxed in front of the panoramic harbour views whilst sipping on G&Ts in their complimentary Greenbank gin glasses. Some of the gin suppliers included Agnes Arber, Holly’s Gin, Curio, Plymouth Gin, Salcombe Gin, Wrecking Coast and Rock Gin.

What’s a gin festival without some great music? The talented line-up included Falmouth Soul Sensation, Will Keating, Miranda Brook, Jumping Out Jazz and a live DJ set for the evening. The festival concluded in The Riverbank, where the partying and dancing commenced for gold ticket holders.
