4th July: Cilla & The Swinging 60s – The Poly, Falmouth

Sandy Smith once again takes to the stage as Cilla Black in celebration of her life and musical career. Along with other 60s chart toppers, hits like ‘Anyone Who Had A Heart’, ‘Alfie’ and ‘You’re My World’ are just a few of Cilla’s chart toppers to look forward to.

If singing, dancing and an all round ‘feel good’ evening sounds like your bag, this is certainly an event to add to the diary this month.

4th – 7th July: The Falmouth Cringe – Falmouth

As the first comedy festival of its kind here in the South West, The Falmouth Cringe celebrates its third year this July. Drawing comedy acts from all over the country, expect to crack a smile over four days of laugh-out-loud performances.

With 40 acts spread over 7 Falmouth venues, there’s sure to be something to tickle your funny bone.

25th – 28th July: The Rock Oyster Festival – Dinham House, St Minver

Described as a voyage of culinary discovery and musical mischief, this year’s Rock Oyster Festival promises to be just that. Boasting headline acts like The Human League, Sugababes and Bombay Bicycle Club, you’ll be up and moving with the best of them.

What’s more, with chefs like Nathan Outlaw, Jack Stein, and Jude Kereama in attendance, the event is sure to be a feast for all the senses.

31st July: Ziggy Alberts – Princess Pavilion Garden, Falmouth

In celebration of his forthcoming album, DANCING IN THE DARK, Ziggy Alberts returns to the UK and Ireland as part of his REWIND TOUR. Sharing his melodies of adventure, courage and connection, fans old and new can come together to enjoy foot-to-the-floor favourites in a show you won’t want to miss.

30th July – 1st August: Legendary Joust – Pendennis Castle, Falmouth

Travel back in time to medieval days at Pendennis Castle this summer. In an exhilarating spectacle of speed and skill, watch on in awe as knights of the realm demonstrate incredible courage, and cheer them on as they race towards each other.

With merry music to accompany this historical experience, this is a day out to be enjoyed by the whole family.
