50ml Tarquin’s Blackberry Gin
30ml lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup
10ml Tarquin’s Blackberry Gin drizzled over ice to finish
Crushed ice
Orange and rosemary or blackberry garnish
Instructions
Add all your liquid ingredients (except 10ml Tarquin’s Blackberry Gin – to drizzle over at the end) to an iced shaker.
Shake hard for 20 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Drizzle over the reserved 10ml Blackberry Gin.
Garnish with orange and rosemary, or blackberries if you have them.
