Whether you’re a vodka fan or rum lover, our August cocktails are the ultimate thirst quenchers for summer. To mix it up, we’ve got much loved classics alongside lesser known legends that will be your new favourites.
Pale Rider (4th – 11th August)
Vodka, peach schnapps, blackcurrant, cranberry and pineapple juice are expertly blended to create the perfect summer punch style cocktail. Expect a kaleidoscope of flavours.
Sea Breeze (11th – 18th August)
An intoxicating tonic of vodka, cranberry juice and grapefruit juice, Sea Breeze is sure to keep you cool this August. Feel the fresh coastal air on your face whilst sipping one of these ice-cool beauties on our terrace.
Fidel Castro (18th – 25th August)
With a name like Castro, of course this classic Cuban concoction’s starring role is dark rum. We mix it with freshly squeezed lime juice, ginger ale and a good old dose of ice for a fiery feast for the senses.
Cuba libre (25th August – 1st September)
The national drink of Cuba celebrating its independence (hence the name ‘Free Cuba.’) Coca cola, dark rum, and a generous squeeze of lime evens out this tipple’s sweetness. Zingy, fizzy and oh-so-fresh.
